Community Managers –
Responsible for managing the business of our client communities. Works in conjunction with office support staff to service our clients. Typically attends 4 to 6 evening Board meetings per month. Flexible hours. Job Description
Maintenance Coordinators –
Coordinates maintenance and projects in communities.
Prepares bid specifications, solicits proposals and oversees awarded contracts. Spends approximately one-third of time in the field reviewing facilities and meeting with contractors. Job Description
Landscape Coordinators –
Coordinates work of the landscape companies and performs quality control inspections. Spends approximately two-thirds of time in the field reviewing landscape appearance, irrigation system performance and meeting with contractors. Job Description
Community Specialist –
Answer incoming calls from owners, residents and business professionals to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide correct information in a professional manner. We have two Community Specialist shifts in the office: 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Job Description

Special Events Coordinator –
Coordinate social events and meetings for the various communities. Working with office staff and various vendors to make sure events are well organized. The types of events include Easter egg hunts, pool splash days, National Night Out gatherings and community meetings. Job Description
Website Content Administrator –
This is a specialized position working with the websites in our larger communities. The responsibilities vary from community to community but generally include utilizing the website to communicate activities and providing information to residents. Job Description
Inspectors –
Performs driving inspections of all properties in communities for deed restriction issues. These are contract positions with the work generally done on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week. Excellent software provided by our company allows inspectors to perform data entry from their home on their own schedule. Job Description
