• We issued the schedule for the 2010/2011 C.I.A. Services Seminar Series. There are 18 sessions of 7 different seminars. Click here to see the announcement.
• Congratulations to community managers Karen Cooper, Gina Victor and Roxanne Bailey who recently passed their CAI M-100 class on The Essentials of Community Association Management. This three day class is provided by the national Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is part of the coursework for obtaining the industry's highest designation: Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
• Welcome to Dwayne Ring who joined our Southwest Office as a maintenance coordinator. Dwayne joins us with background in landscaping, customer service and marketing.
• Welcome also to Jenny Doweidt who joined our Bandera Office to help handle accounts payable. Jenny is replacing Kay Ely. Two years ago, we lured Kay out of retirement but the romance of the road is calling. Kay and her husband Don are embarking on a three month exploration of the New England states. Best wishes and send photos!

• Congratulations to Gloria Bell on her 21st anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Gloria is a stockholder at our North Office providing a variety of staff support.
• Our Bandera Office is celebrating its two year anniversary this month. The office opened for business on June 30, 2008.

• Congratulations to Rhonda Culbreth, an administrative assistant and stockholder at our North Office on her 20th anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Rhonda is a valued employee who has worked at each of our Houston offices in a variety of positions.

• Congratulations to Karla Santos and Paula Lunsford, both maintenance coordinators and stockholders at our Southwest Office, who started with us on the same day 7 years ago. Each has worked in several positions for us to gain broad experience.
• Congratulations to Dan Barr, a multi-faceted support staffer and stockholder at our Southwest Office, on his 6 year anniversary with C.I.A. Services.
• Thank you to Nellie Martinez, a community manager at our Southwest Office, for teaching two sessions of Collections & Financial Reports from our C.I.A. Seminar Series last month.
• Our 2nd Annual Hockey Night with the San Antonio Rampage was great fun. On Saturday, March 27th, 120 guests joined us at the AT&T Center to watch the San Antonio Rampage take on the Lake Erie Monsters. The Rampage lost 5-4 in an exciting game. President Ralph Troiano and Executive Vice President Tina Jameson got to drop the ceremonial puck. Click here to see photos of the fun.

• Congratulations to Shelly Brady on her 12th anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Shelley is an Administrative Assistant at our North Office and a corporate stockholder.
• Welcome to Felicia Dungy who has joined our Southwest Office to provide staff support in all areas.
• Our 12th Annual Hockey Night with the Houston Aeros was another great success. On Saturday, February 27th, over 600 of our community leaders, friends and families joined us at the Toyota Center to watch the Houston Aeros take on their newest in-state rival, the Texas Stars. Unfortunately, the Aeros lost but are still officially 10-2 in their Hockey Night games! Click here to see photos of the fun.

• Congratulations to two of our North Office Staff Support personnel and stockholders on their anniversaries with our company. Charlotte Bulcken has performed various financial and administrative services for 14 years and Liz Holiday has handled home improvement and new construction request for 13 years.

• Welcome back to Roxanne Bailey. We are very pleased that Roxanne is returning to work at our North Office. Roxanne will be a portfolio manager serving several of our North Office communities.
• Congratulations to Dawna Woods on her 13th anniversary with us. Dawna is a stockholder and Maintenance Coordinator at our North office.
