C.I.A. Services for Your Community
If you live in the greater Houston area and you are interested in exploring the possibility of having C.I.A. Services manage your community, we would be happy to provide you with additional information for your consideration.
There are a number of factors that we consider in preparing a proposal for a neighborhood. We like to talk to one or more members of the Board of Directors about the challenges in the community, drive the streets of the community and visit the common areas.
The three most important factors in determining the work and costs of managing a community are: (1) type of community - single family homes, acreage, townhomes or condominiums, (2) the size of the community and (3) the extent of the common areas and community facilities.
Other important factors include the condition of the association's records, level of reserve funds for handling long-term maintenance, the collection rate, condition of the community relative to deed restriction compliance, and the composition of the Board of Directors.
If you would like more information about C.I.A. Services and how we can work with your community, please feel free to call us at anytime. You can also send us basic information about your community by Contacting Us below.
