Office Hours

Our offices are open from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed for ten holidays during the year including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days) and Christmas (2 days).

Outside of our normal business hours, we have one manager from each office on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies. Emergency issues can be called in by dialing our normal office phone numbers and following the instructions for emergency response.

For non-emergency communications outside of our normal business hours, voice mail is always available through our normal office phone numbers. Phone messages are handled the next business day. You can also contact us by email through this web site. Go to your community on the Select Community page and use the Contact Us option. Email messages are routed to the appropriate staff member or community volunteer on the next business day.
